How long does it take to ship something? And how many
people has Instrument Alley done this to? I ordered a few things from
Instrument Alley, 1. Because I saw that it was local, and I wanted support the local
company. 2. It had great prices. 3. I could get the items
faster if they were closer.
I was greatly mistaken by this company, and I misjudged
them. It was my fault that I ordered
from them, but a service was paid for, and a service was expected – they have
my money and I suppose compensation. Was
it for thousands of dollars? No. But when money is tight, and a $20 dollar item that
is saved up for, the item is valued and not over looked. And how many $20’s have they swindled from
other people that have just over looked this out of frustration, and just gave up?
I have been in contact with this company for weeks, and they
do return emails but they don’t answer their phone. The emails don’t have any regard to my email
that I sent, but there is a reply, a somewhat aloof email that is sent with
such little sincerity.
I have been nice, and then I got serious then I became aggressive
in my emails. The emails are passively responded
to with the same no caring attitude. I received
2 out of 3 items, and the third was in stock when I ordered it, and even weeks
later is mysteriously “out of stock” but is on it way by “Friday” or by “next
Tuesday” and now I have reached my limit. I was suppose to receive the item yesterday, and of course I got nothing.
They show no regard to a service or any sincerity. Sure, I’m bothered that I got ripped
off. But I am concerned about how many
more people are getting ripped off or scammed.
Instruments aren't cheap and there are only for entertainment, but some
people perform for a living, and that is detrimental when they don't get what they ordered.
They shrug their shoulder’s when I threaten
them, but I honestly don’t have a clue how to go about getting compensation or
how to pursuit action against them? But
wouldn't it be awesome to blind side them? I'd like to see them shrug their shoulder's then...
