On Monday November 23,2009 I was in a hurry and had no time to go to my regular Nail Salon. Well I saw Brilliant Nail Salon and I thought I give them a try. All I needed was a Pedicure. When I came in not a Hello how are you, just a pick out a color . The chairs where dirty and the water was lukewarm. When she removed my old nailpolish she left a few spots here and there and I was done in 30 minutes and it looked like nothing . I never ever go back there again. And it cost more then my regular place. Customer Service is very bad and I think they have to go back to school and learn how it is done plus the place needs no chairs
