****heed the warnings**** I regret not doing so

Despite the negative reports, my company went with Hiram Waste, BIG MISTAKE, it has been trouble from day one.  Frequent late trash pickup and when you call and lucky enough to get an actual person on the other end instead of a recorder there was always a well practiced excuse on why the trash was not picked up.  Enough with the excuses, cowboy up and fix the problem instead of covering it up with lies... 

We have not received service in nearly 3 weeks and when I called (on Wednesday)about it I was told it would be pick up the next day(thursday), which came and went with no pickup.  I called again(thursday) and again the day came and went with no pick.  I finally called (friday, our regular pickup day) and asked them to pickup their trash and dumpsters and discontinue our service and adjust our invoicing (which they are 2 1/2 months behind on), the girl on the other acted shocked.    Monday we still have trash and dumpsters, i called five times and finally left a message for them to pick up trash and dumpsters, if they wanted them back. 

I immediately got a call back from Laura French, who is very rude, yelling, screaming, and yes even CUSSING, dropping the F*** bombs like crazy.  Threating to send the sherriff out, OK, fine with me if it will get the trash and dumpster off of my property.  We are done with this low class, lack of service company.  These people need a lesson in business management and customer service and honestly IESI is actually cheaper than they are and very dependable............
