I have been living at Latrims for two years now and there is nothing ever done when you send in a maintenance request. My latest is the tiles are falling out of my bathroom and they have been coming to fix it since summer but on one has. I have a hole in my tile and you can see right into my neighbors restroom and they can see into mine. I am not comfortable in my own home. If you are late with their money they will get around there quick to put a notice on your door but will not show up to fix things. My privacy is invaded and I need to find out what legal steps I can take against this company.

It isn't just Arlington - the Lynd Company has been causing problems all over Texas.

Jaie Avila at WOAI News did a story ("Exposing San Antonio's Worst Apartments") that mentioned the Lynd Company and their ineptitude. One of the properties highlighted in the story had 30 code violations. The people at the Lynd Company are slumlords and they don't care about their tenants.
