Monterey Lakes Apt. Homes Mckinley properties Slumlords Orlando, Florida

Upon moving into our new apartment at Monterey Lakes we were met with infestation of cockroaches. After two visits from the exterminator, they still are rampant. We reported this to the Apt. manager twice and was told by her that its from the apartments next to us and that    the  previous tenants moved and they had it exterminated in there and they went to our apt. The refrigerator had to be removed because it too was infested. The bugs were in our freezer and food. When we took posession of the apt on the day we moved in, there were dead cockroaches in the food cabinets and also on the floors.I guess they don't clean after former tentants vacate. The furniture too were infested with these bugs. All they did was have the furniture cleaned but to no avail. The cockroaches are still there. While I was eating at the table tonight a cockroach was on the side of my bowl, how disscusting and filthy is this? My four year old came into my bedroom with a roach on her leg and said "mommy what is this"? Also my closet doors will not close and I have asked three times for someone to come and fix this, no one has come as of yet. Its hard to sleep for fear that a cockroach will crawl all over you at night, so,no sleep here. They are only there to make money and care nothing about their tenants. they have answers for everything no matter how stupid the answer is. Only lived here a week and was told cannot break the lease. They are slumlord apartments. They advertise all utilities included, but are the cockroaches included free with rent? They too own the Bellagio Apartments,  So if your thinking of moving into one of their apt. think twice. Only money matters to them, they are a multi-Billion dollar company with 28,000 apt. in various locations throughout the united states, as well as tons of property owned by them. So when you see Mckinley properties, look elsewhere for living quarters. Ans last but not lease, everyone knows when and if we have a nuclear war the only things that will survive is the cockroaches.
