On 3/29/03 at 8:45am we arrived at the parking lot at Woodall Rogers in Dallas. The fee posted was $2.00.

We put the fee into the recepticle denoted for the space we parked in and went about our bussiness. We came back with a yllow note staing that we owed $5.00. We recheck the fee sign at the entrance of the lot and there was a piece of paper ove the original fee stating that the fee was now $5.00.

The facts of the case are this: 1) there was no attendant to give us a reciept, 2)the original price was $2.00 when we arrived 3) it was changed before we returned. This really looks to me like fraud.
