I ordered magazines in an attempt to get a childrens toy.I then got an $83.00 charge on my debit card.I immediatly called them and they promised me a full refund.This was 5 weeks ago.I called again and they assured me I would get a refund and that it took a while for the billing cycle,Now I have called over one hundred times and no one ever answers.it says all reps are busy.I have left about 100 messages and never got a reply
