Sinomedia Unknown what alias it could use Questionable business practices and publishing materials that it may not have ownership rights Internet, California

Company identified as DBA Sinomedia did not present any organization that a legitimate business would. For two months during my work, there was no clear organization, no auditor or person to do the tax forms, no IT person to install computers and no real company policy or mission statement other than vague references to the headquarters website.

I was often asked about "people I knew" in the publishing business which I thought was strange since the company identified itself as a publishing enterprise.

There were foreign partners or "interns" who did not seem to have a job or purpose coming through. I was told that the company needed to come in strong to the US because elections in China were coming up.

I was often referred to edit documents that were pure propoganda or simply copied from others works with no no reference and verification of authorship or copyright.

I would like the company and its shaddy and probably illicit activities to brought to the public.
