Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Dishonest,misleading,wrongful informatin re: loan modification Dallas Texas

wells fargo home loan modification,step one forbearance what ever you call it ,this company will tell you everything you want to here at first. We were just denied any kind on plan from wells fargo to help us with out home.I contacted this company the day my husband became un-employed I told them I was trying to prevent us from getting behind ,and asked if there was anything they could do,they suggested the loan modificatin ,to turn around and tell us we did"nt quilify b/c my husbands un-employement was not income? Really ? I CALL IT INCOME A**HOL**.so then they "said" they also tried other ways..well i had ,had enough of there lies so i decided to call fha {our mortgage is fha insured} only to tell me there was a program that could help .so i called wells fargo back told them what fha said and that person i spoke with didn"t have a clue as to what i was asking for.so after being slapped in the face yet again,i went on there website and looked up deferments & special forbearance ,seems like i quilified for both ,just like the loan modification {our income changed} that was the big thing to quilify for any of these so called "plans" there was actually a paper i printed out that was titled "un-employment deferment" HELLO ...loss of income ...but to date we are still being jerked around from wells -fargo.PLEASE STOP THIS COMPANY FROM HURTING FAMILIES ANYMORE....
