I received a collection call from this company. They sent my company what I thought was a sample newsletter. I was not interested in the newsletter and threw it away. I get a collection call today telling us that we owed $371! Supposedly, we were supposed to contact them regarding our interest NOT to receive their publication! We have no record of signing up for this "Legal Alert for Supervisors." It was of no interest to us because we have no supervisors in our company!

The collection company told me we had to pay it. I called Institute Of Business Publications and the rude woman said they were "NEVER" us out of this "subscription" and returned us to the collection company.

We are escalating this the PA Attorney General's office for fraud and deceptive business practices investigation.
