Mailbox Magazines Told me I could not cancel when I could have under WA state law Tamarac, Florida

I was contacted in January of 2009 by a phone salesperson for this company.  I signed up and was told I would be charged 15 payments of 59.80 for 5 years of 3 magazines.  I called back to cancel in the 3 days my state says I can and they wouldn't do it. 

Then they removed a payment the same day I spoke to someone instead of the 30 days I was told it would start. 

Today they tell me it's 16 payments not 15 like the salesperson said. 

Also they two payments is January, 3 in February, 2 in September and now 4 this month and I'm suppose to believe they have THAT many computer issues with payments? 

They don't take payments out on the date they specify to you as well.  This company is just unbelievable and their customer service woman, Charity, is down right rude and a liar.  I am sure she's done this for years, lying isn't hard to do for some.
