Celeita Kramer operating as Second Wind Adoption Agency and Crossed Sabers Farm is a fraudulent operation. She claims to have IRS 501 C-3 Status, meaning you can donate a horse to her, and she will give you the proper IRS forms to write this donation off on your taxes. She does not have this designation.

She is being investigated by the IRS and other criminal agencies, and this program will soon be shutdown. Celeita Kramer will be indicted personally also for criminal charges.

She has slandered the good names of many people, including myself, for reporting her, trying to make her cease this opeation, and returning horses to her, since she did not legally own them.

If you have donated a horse to her, contact her and request a copy of her 501C-3 IRS designation. She is required by federal IRS law to provide this to you. When she cannot produce it, contact the IRS for help.

If you are thinking of donating a horse, buying a horse or adopting a horse, do not use this organization. It is an illegal operation, being run by a true "rip off" artist. She is also very unstable, and will attack you verbally and possibly physically, if you ever question her about anything about her organization or her, personally. As of now, there are over 200 people she has falsely slandered, and over 1000 people she has stolen horses from or sold/adopted she has stolen.
