Grant One Day I ordered a cd for 1.99 which I never recieved and then on 3/5/09 they took out 94.89 out of my account. Rancho Cucamonga California

I ordered a cd for 1.99 using my credit card to receive information on how to get grants and never got it. On 3/5/09 they took 94.89 out of my account without my permission. I called and they told me that I had to wait 90 days for a refund which I did. I again called and they told me that I had to email the refund center to get my refund and fill out a form. I did on 6/23/2009 and it stated that I would have to wait 3/5 business days for my refund. I never got it. I have tried several times to get in touch with this company and nothing. I have looked on other websites and found out that it happens alot. I just want my money back because I am disabled and a single mother who can not afford 94.89.
