Of course I was interested until I opened the envelope. As stated in previous posts, misspellings and syntax is a tip off that this is a scam. On further investigation, information from the bank listed on the front of the check tells me that the account does not even exist.

Points to ponder

1 Syntax Grammatical errors are a big warning sign that this is a scam

2 Call the listed bank. The check listed an 800 # on the front BUT that was checked against the OFFICIAL banks website BEFORE calling, In my case they matched and the account was none existent.

3. Check phone #'s. The company listed has a Minnesota address. Then why the 626 area code ( California ).

4. These are tough times people. We need to remember that there predators out there and will stop at nothing to separate us from our hard earned dollar.
