The links provided int he rebuttal STILL show a dissolution date of the organization of 6/1/2009..  And that the tax status will be applied for..  According to a phone call with the Secretary of Charities for the State of Washington, the organization's status was dissolved sue to not providing financial information for the year.  The financial information posted in the link was for the PRIOR callendar year.  Being a registered chairty still allows you to solicit funds, but with no accountibility. 

As far the definition of libel, here it is:

libel 1) n. to publish in print (including pictures), writing or broadcast through radio, television or film, an untruth about another which will do harm to that person or his/her reputation, by tending to bring the target into ridicule, hatred, scorn or contempt of others. Libel is the written or broadcast form of defamation, distinguished from slander which is oral defamation.

Note the fact that internet is not listed in the forms of broadcast, and that it has to be a proven UNTRUTH... 

Since when is revealing the truth said to be libel?  eg: CBER
