United States Animal Protection (USAP) Dawn Taylor 'Fraud' Marietta, Georgia

Note; Leonora Lowery tried to extort money from USAP founder after a cruelty case in TN. When she did not get it she began her harassement. Both women attack other rescuers and have harassed USAP directors as well as many members who are reporting harassment of unwanted emails from both Lowery and Green.

Green is a partner of Lowery's in internet harassement and cyberbullying women and men in rescue. Reports have been made with the police. Listing personal information on public forums is now a crime many states. The case  mentioned was a direct result of harassement from a man that prompted false charges against the founder of USAP after he arrested on animal cruelty and USAP tried to stop transport of animals to this individual. This person lied to his power of attorney so she would file charges. False reports and post have been sent to the police and they are in violation of cyber bullying laws. The reports from Lowery and Green are slanderous and libelous.

Both  Lowery and Green continue to harass people saving animals. They are as bad as any animal abuser they impede rescue progress. USAP works very hard to save and protect animals. Lowery could be looking at jail time for her part in the harassment and slander of USAP founder. Lowery and Green belong to no organization and do no rescue animals.

New Laws have been enacted to protect individuals from cyber stalking, Cyber bullying and harassment.

 Is this your soul purpose in life and will it ever amount to anything? I know both Dawn and Daniel and worked for Remodel America for years. Remodel America not only made it possible for hundreds of families to live comfortably but were very giving people. Much of the money made went to rescue animals. Yes they did large transports out of Louisiana and I was at the office when paid employees took care of animals for weeks after Katrina. What kind of sicko spends thier time bashing two wonderful people like the Bechtolds. One of the girls I know from this company cries every time she drives past Remodel America. This company was a success for many years. Have you ever ran a company of this size? or have you ever done the rescue these two did?

 I doubt you will ever amount to half of what these people are. We are all saddened they broke up they were together for years and as far as I could see were very much in love. I am disgusted by someone that spends thier time and thier lives harassing others and enjoying the pain of others.  Daniel or Dawn do not deserve this! They have done too much for other people and too much to help animals from not only the Hurricane in Louisiana but all of the animals they have brought into their homes.

 Whoever you are I can only imagine you are a very very sick jealous individual that probably has never done too much with your life. These two were very rich and very beautiful and everyone would have liked to walk in thier shoes. I am sure you are no different. When you can ever say you have done half of what these two accomplished in thier life times maybe then you can talk. Get a life. Most everyone loved Daniel and Dawn the only people that ever had a problem wiht those two were people stealing leads or product from thier company. The honest people know what outstanding individuals they are. My wife and I are very sorry for thier loss and pray for them every time we are in church. You obviously need some prayers also only a sick individual would spend this much time trying to slander and hurt others.

 Thanks for posting Jim. I finally figured out how to get back in. Thanks for posting the # and anyone can call to verify the post are slander and lies. When I get another company going I would love for you to come back. After Katrina I had some issues to deal with and wanted to travel. It was a tough loss for all of us and I would give anything if I would not have left the company behind. If you run into other employees ask them to post so we can let the world know what a great company and great group of team we had at Remodel America. U.S. Animal Protection is also a great organization and a great group as you know and we work very hard at exposing and stopping cruelty of animals.

Cyberbullying is a big a problem today and it's a shame people are able to do this to others that work as hard as I do. These people can write whatever they want and it seems they are getting away with it but we are working to get arrest on those harassing us. Some people are just hateful and have nothing going on so they latch onto others that actually work to accomplish thier goals and make accomplishments.

Jim - I am sure that you have warm fuzzies about the Dan and Dawn show at Remodel America.  However, there is absolutely no truth to the fact that it was a well run company, because it wasn't.  The only time the company was well run was when Dan and Dawn were not around.  The vast majority of employees lived in fear of when they would come in.  Dawn was constantly on the phone asking for money that was not hers.  She states that she is an owner of Remodel America and there was never a shred of paper that had her name on it as an owner.  Dan told several people this.  The only time she received money from the company is when Dan would authorize it.  They owe a lot prople money including myself.  My last paycheck was not honored by Bank of America as all the accounts had been frozen.  They are claiiming that one employee stole thousands of dollars and they had absolutely no proof.  This particular employee was one of the hardest working employees the company had and did everything that was asked of him and then some.  This employee also discovered that Dawn had hooked up a paypal account to the company account and was draining money left and right.  Dawn will of course deny this.  A poor store owner around the corner who would cash employees checks is owed well over $12000 by Dan and Dawn as the checks were no good.  You cannot blame the employees for cashing them.  They had worked for that money and it should have been there.

The real problems began when the Dan and Dawn show came back into town and the office.  They immediately started changing things that were working to things that were not.  There were never any internal controls to properly account for where the money was going.  This was after the GM had left which was the smartest thing he could have done.  The finance manager left with him.  The place started to fall apart after that.

Dawn was particularly abusive to any employee that dared to question her.  She would have you fired in a heart beat.  She brought in other people of questionable reputation including one person who managed to be arrested with her in Alabama for drugs.  Somehow she managed to pin that one on the poor guy.  Not sure what came of it.  Dawn would be told my name numerous times and still could not get it right.

Jim, I am not sure who you are.  The only Jim I remember there did not like the Dan and Dawn show.  I really do not believe that you are a former employee.  As far as the girl crying when she drives by, that is probably because the closing of the company financially ruined her as she is still owed money by them.

Time to wake up Jim.  We all told Dan to leave Dawn and go get sober.  Dan made the choice not to.  They have both wrecked a lot of people's lives.  I too was there when the animals were there.  It was not a "triage" for the animals.  The place stunk to the high heavens and paid employees did not take care of the animals not should they have taken care of them.  It was not there job function.

Why am I writing this?  Becasue I am angry of the position they put me in emotionally and financially and there refusal to make good on my one paycheck.  Dawn has the money to fly out to Arizona, but cannot make my check good?  And you think these are good people.  Get a clue!

My leaving my name has nothing to do with being a man or not.  It has to do with protecting myself, my family and my new life.  You have no idea what you, Dawn, and Craig did to me.

Your rebuttal title says Paul, in Cumming?  Why is that?  Maybe Paul does not return the truck because the company owes him money too!  In any event,it does not matter.  There was not a checkbook left out where employees would write their own checks.  There was a stamp as no one wanted the responsibility of signing the checks as this could have gotten them in trouble with the IRS if payroll taxes weren't paid.  Funny that you could not be counted on to be there after Derek left to just sign the paychecks.  Paul would submit the payroll based on numbers he got from Gary Wade and the commission reports submitted by the sales people.  Paul did the best he could given the circumstances.  Dawn was constantly calling and creating stress demanding money.  Her rants were legendary and often she was put on speaker for people to verify her mistreatment.  She screamed at Tracy, Cindy, Derek, Gary, and anyone else who chose to differ in their opinion.

We told you numerous times she was going to be the end of the company and you refused to listen.  I am glad that you are getting help and I hope one day you will sit back and truly see that we were right.  I have prayed for you and your situation. I have also prayed that the good Lord take away my resentment that I have towards you and Dawn.  I do wish you well, but you have a huge hill to climb to get back to legitimacy as a business owner.  Energy-Craft is not even a registered business entity in Georgia or Tennessee and when you type in the website intakes you to Intuit, i.e. there is no website.  Then again I cannot tell if Energy-Craft is your's or Dawn's.

Yeah, you had a couple of people who stole leads.  The leads were not that good in the first place.  Numerous times you were given ideas by employees on how to go after the leads where the money was and you chose to do nothing.  You continued to send sales people to Clarkston, or College Park, Carrollton, Douglasville, Bremen, or South Atlanta just to name a few where the work needed to be done, but the people did not have the money and could not qualify for a loan.  For some strange reason your business model said out of 10 appointments we would sell 8 and build 2 and that was a formula for success.  A better formula would have been to run 10 appointments, sell 6 and build 4 or 5.  Again you were told this, but did not listen.  You were told run the leads and the canvassers in the areas where people have money and you did not listen.  You were also paying outragous prices to the suppliers instead of trying to work a deal to get it straight from the manufacturer as there was room in the wherehouse to put materials.  Maybe if Craig had paid the bill to American Wholesale you could have broken free and done this.  You were being scammed even more by the outside canvassing services.  Their leads were worse than the telemarketers.  Again you had no controls over these sources and refused to listen when you were around.  In the end you rolled out a great new product that could have saved the company, radiant barrier insulation.  It was rolled out half-assed and the guy you had selling it was the only one smart enough to actually sell it.  Roger took that ball and ran with it.  A lot more could have been sold if he had been given the proper marketing and demontratinon materials.  Instead, no materials and a wooden box with a hot lamp.  Other companies jumped on the band wagon and were selling the product for 5 times the amount RA was and had very slick, polished presentations with thermal heat detectors and computer programs showing the homeowner where the heat was being lost.  Roger worked his tail end off running 4 and 5 appointments per day to save the company as he saw this as a way out for the company.  All that the company did for him was refuse to pay his child support on time along with several other employees.  Dawn even tried to keep his child support from being paid, even though this would have brought legal problems on the company.  Trust me I know, as I watched him get on the phone with child services every month and get screamed at by his ex-wife and he was powerless to do anything.  Had it not been for Derek, Roger would have been put in jail because of you, Dawn, and Craig.  It damn near broke him.  The funny thing is that you think you treated him well.

Speaking of not being around, you never should have left.  It is just bad business for the owner of the company to disappear for almost a year.  A one or two week vacation is one thing, but a year? Does a captain leave his ship while it is in the middle of the ocean?  It should not have mattered what Dawn was doing.  You were not married to her and she, according to you, was not an owner of the company.  She had no business being in there in the first place.  She left you, Dan, because you have no money right now.

So Dan, when are you gong to pay up?  You still owe money to me and probably some other people to who worked hard for you and did not steal from you as you say.  I never stole from you and I ran every lead I was given and did everything I was asked of and then some.  You have given an email address and maybe I will try and get in touch with you to see if you are sincere about your offer.  Doing so will put a lot at risk for me and the money you owe me may not be worth the risk.

Dan I wish you well.  There was time when you were a very good man and as you used to say, "My word is my bond" as you would shake someone's hand and pull them close and look them in the eye.  You got mixed up in the wrong crowd and I hope you have gotten away from that.  It sounds like you have.  Me? Well I have moved on and it took a long time to get to where I am now.  You and Dawn put me in a very dangerous position and I am still angry about that.  One day, I will let it go, until then I will pray for help in this area.  Do the right thing Dan and make good on those checks for the employees who did work hard for you, not Dawn.  Do the right thing!

Brad - What a nice story you tell.  You are either Dawn, or you owe her money.  Your comment about my not being much of an asset is way of the mark.  But that is okay, because you do not know the truth and you do not know who I am and the three years I dedicated my life to Remodel America.  I was one of maybe 4 or 5 reps there that ran every lead he or she were given no matter where it was.  I was the one they could always count on to run the lead when another rep would complain, no show, call in sick when they were out drinking at noon. I averaged well over a million dollars in sales every year.  Sales did not equate to revenue when less than a third of the sales were not built.  That is what happens when you run leads in areas where the homeowners don't have a pot to piss in.

It also funny Brad, if that is your name, that I do not remember anyone named Brad working for Remodel America.  So your words really are useless.  Again, I think Dawn put you up to it.  Dawn not remembering my name is another funny one too!  It is not because she did not like me, it was because she is a narcissist by definition.  She got everyones name wrong, except for those who either owed her something, or pissed her off.  I was neither. 

I do not leave my name because I wish to protect myself, my family, and my new life.  That is what a real man does.

Brad, Yeah your name still does not ring a bell and I was there from January of '06 until the bitter end.  And no not everyone was always paid at Remodel America especially when Dan and Dawn came back.  The company was heading down hill which is why Derek left which if I remember was in September of 08.  The company was not in good standing as over 2 million was owed to American Wholesale.  The company that did the polar wall siding was owed over $100K.  Is that what you think is a company in good standing? Clearly you have no idea of how to run a business or what a company in good standing means.  Bills were not being paid by Craig!  Plain and simple.  Often we could not get materials to do a project because of this.  American Wholesale would cut us off on a regular basis until we paid them something.  A company in good standing does not get cut off. 

If I had known at the time that leads were being stolen, I would have told Derek and not Dan as Dan was not around.  It was brought to my attention later that Jeff Brown and Ron had stolen leads and had tried to take them to Taylor Construction at least that was what i was told long after the situation had been taken care of.  Ron was in jail for not paying child support which the company was supposed to do and Jeff was off in the hospital.  Do not sit there and tell me I am just like the theifs, because I am not.  I was loyal to Dan and Derek and wanted to see the company survive.

I am owed approximately $800.  I received the check and tried to cash it.  The accounts were frozen.  I spoke with both Dan and Dawn about making the checks good and all I got was the run around.  They even wanted me to come back to work for them, but by then it was too late.  You have no idea how bad things got for me because of that one check.  The only point that I will agree with you is that it was pretty pathetic that I got to that point. All I am asking is that the check get paid.  Am I owed more?  Actually I am as the back half of some commissions are still due to me for projects that were completed just before I left in November. 

Obviously, Brad, you did not read the entire entry.  There was no beat down on Dan by me.  I have nothing but empathy for Dan and his disease.  This does not absolve him of his responsibility as a business owner.  Who put Paul in charge?  Dan did and the buck always stops with the owner. Had Dan put down the alcohol and left Dawn in California or Arizona and come back to take care of his business then things might have turned out okay.  Dan never should have left the business for the time period that he did.  When he came back,he had lost touch with what the company was doing.  If it had been my business, I never would have left and I would have accepted the counsel of those around me to get rid of Dawn.

Do not deify Dawn!  Where there is smoke there is fire.  Look at all the other posts tied to her name.  Just google her name and see what happens.  Arrest reports, false names, lies about what type of organization her animal protection outfit really is.  She enabled Dan to go down the wrong path.  She really did not want him to stop drinking because if he did and got back to normal she would lose control.  Dawn made a post about Remodel America that we had a good standing with the BBB and that ther were no complaints.  Wrong!  Over a 36 month period over 200 complaints were lodged against Remodel America.  By the way the cards were not cut off, they were maxed out by Dawn.  That is why when she was at the spa in Arizona she would call the office begging for a check or she was going to be thrown out.  Or when the BMW was wrecked and finally repaired, Dan was told to send the check directly to the repair shop and not to Dawn.  Did he do it?  Nope, he sent it to Dawn and it cost him even more to get the car out. 

Again Brad, I do not remember anyone named Brad who was in a major role at Remodel America.  When I left Paul was in charge, Tracy was trying to do the finance, and Gary Wade was in charge of the telemarketers.  No one in sales was named Brad.  None of the installers were named Brad.  There was Gordon who was in sales along with Ransom, and Jim Mackin, and Jeff when he could function, and Roger who was primarily doing radiant barrier.  There was Alberto an installer.  Jerry Caudill was around for most of the time I was there as an appointment confirmer.  There was Kristy who helped set Radiant Barrier appointments.  There was Janet Moore in sales.  There was Ron Saszi, God rest his soul, in sales.  So what did you do Brad? 

I have too much to lose by telling you who I am at this time.  I am actually putting myself at risk by even being here.  Dan needs to pay up. Plain and simple.  I have done so many other things for both him and Dawn that were outside of the regular employee duties that he actually owes me more than just the $800.  I was there for him when no one else was and if I gave my name he might respond a little differently.  I also do not give my name based on your angry tone which makes me think you are not who you say you are.  Starting off with Buddy is something Dan would say or Dawn would copy to disguise herself. 

And one more thing, I am not your buddy or friend.  A buddy or a friend would not defend Dawn or Dan especially when they owe money to someone who earned it honestly like I did and left me high and dry.
