I ordered three Giant Tree Tomato Plants with three free Giant Early Hybrid Toamto plants from the web page www.bigtreetomato.com. There are several other web sites with different names stating the same thing, they are also the same company, Gardeners Choice. The web page states that "each set you order contains plants!". What I received was six cardboard seed starter cubes with seeds in them, not plants as the ad says. They charged $11.90 for postage and handling. The 4 X 6 inch box they sent the seed starters in was sent by US Mail and the postage was 79 cents. The seeds that were supposed to be "Plants" cost $10.00 for three, and the three Early Giant Hybrid tomato were supposed to be free. Total charge for six seeds and six 2 X 2 inch cardboard seed staters was $21.90.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON MEN

AUTHOR: Patti And Amy Houston - Auburn (U.S.A.)

What a scam this bunch is, they need to be pulled from the internet if that's possible. The postage is extremely high and yet the little tiny boxes of dirt only cost this company seventy nine cents to mail. NONE of the tomatoes sprouted but a few of the peppers have and are 1 inch high now. The plants we bought locally by the way have been planted for weeks. We ordered these months ago and they just came a week ago. Way late. BY THE WAY is it my imagination or does the tv ad and online make the plants sound like your getting plants??? In reality they are teeny tiny little paper pots with seeds and dirt, however I wonder if there was even any tomato seeds in the teeny tiny little pots, as they never sprouted. AVOID THIS SCAM!!!!
