This report states specifically "The company name that my virtual credit card was issued to was hostasaurus.com and the company that the payment resolved to was Specialty Perennials Apple Val."

What they really meant by the above is that the website in question is hosted by Hostasaurus and uses a security certificate issued to Hostasaurus during checkout. Hostasaurus has no relation to the site, its payment processing, content or anything else other than providing its hosting, and obviously we would not have any knowledge of the shipping and billing our hosting customers do. The report should be amended to name just the company involved and not Hostasaurus. If a customer does something in violation of our terms of service, that is the only time we would get involved, but a dispute over whether something was shipped or not is something for the credit card companies, court of law, etc.
