Recently I ordered somethings from Lou's Bonzai. I was told that the merchandise I ordered would be sent out and I would receive it within 1-2 days. It's been over a week and I haven't received anything. When I brought this to the attention of Lou's Bonzai, I was basically yelled at.

I was treated rudely by a man from New York. Apparently it is my fault that the merchandise didn't show up. I talked to the Post office and they said, nothing has arrived yet.

So either Lou sent it out later than promised or the Post office is taking there sweet time. Either way I can still wait for the merchandise I ordered. It's not the wait that bothered me, I can wait if I have an honest answer.

It's the way I was treated when I called the nursery. The man who answered the phone spoke to me harshly, was rude and told me I was wrong for calling him.

I spent hundreds of dollars, I want to know where my stuff is. I'm calling because I want a solid answer. This is a bad case of business ethics. Do not shop with Lou's Bonzai.

You might get what you want, but you will have to wait longer the expected and the service is bad. Don't be surprised if the owner/manager confronts you as a customer and says, "Your wrong" when asking about a late order.

It's strange I know, but that's Lou for you.
