South Florida Bamboo Farm PAID for BAMBOO PLANT and they NEVER Send it! Company doesn't return phone calls or emails. INTERNET

This company is a complete fraud!Their website state that they have offices in Fort Lauderdale and Miami,Florida and well as Hawaii. They were selling several varieties on Ebay. The one black varietythat I liked had ended so I emailed him to see if I could still purchase it. He agreed and sent me a Paypal invoice which I immediately paid on June 25, 2009.

After I still didn't receive the bamboo by July 16, I called and spoke with Marc. I explained that I didn't get it yet and was going out of town and worried that if it arrived that it wouldn't survive without water. He could not provide tracking numbers or proof that he ever sent the bamboo. All he said was that it hadn't gotten shipped back like I was making it up. He has negative feedback on Ebay stating that he did the same thing to someone else!

He said he would send another plant so it would arrive when I got back on July 26, 2009. He never sent the bamboo. I filed with Paypal for non-receipt of goods and Paypal ruled in my favor. The problem was the company drained all of the money out of their Paypal so I still never got the plant or my money back. I've tried emails and phone calls to the company and got no response.

There is no address on the company site. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. They offer alot of different kinds of beautiful bamboo and show pretty pictures on their website. If you buy from them, you may never get the bamboo. Bad News!
