Ordered May 12, 2008. The website states to allow 5-10 business days.
May 30, 2008 - the seed order has not arrived. Sent e-mail inquiring about order status. Got no response.
June 11, 2008 - sent e-mail canceling order due to lack of response and, of course, not having received my order.
July 3, 2008 - suddenly received e-mail from Specialty Perennials that my order had shipped. This was weeks after I had canceled my order.
July 13, 2008 - still had not received my order. Sent e-mail. Got no response.
July 15, 2008 - sent e-mail titled "Garden WatchDog: Should I file a negative report?" Got no response.
July 24, 2008 - found their phone number and called. No person answered, not surprisingly, and I had to leave a message on an answering machine. I did, finally, post a review on Garden Watchdog where many others have reported similar experiences with this company.
