We have been receiving invoices for payment of $299.95 for advertizing no one authorized. In 2001, we were told that an employee from our company had authorized an order from them. We never received anything. After numerous harrassing calls and letters, we paid the 2001 invoice assuming that would be the end of the matter. We received another invoice for 2004, naming the previous employee authorizing another publication.

This employee terminated March 2001. A letter was sent to Ameri-Source Publications stating this fact and that every authorized purchase from our company has to have our purchase order number. Their invoice did not have one of our purchase order numbers. We continue to get invoices and harrassing calls.
