IMAGEEX, IMAGEWAREHOUSE ImageEx Sends Wrong Items, Sends Cheaper Knock-Off Lower Capacity Items than Advertised. Oglesby, Illinois

I bought HP 02 ink from ImageWarehouse on Amazon.com. The seller listed the item as Genuine HP 02 Ink "Color Combo Pack" ... I did receive genuine HP Ink, I've heard others get generic junk. However, the ink I was sent was HP 02 "Photo Value Pack" which contains considerably less ink than the described "Color Combo Pack" ... I specifically had a bad feeling about the item when the listing stated "The cartridges will be taken out of their original packaging for easier shipping to better suit you for your convenience" or something along those lines. Its taken out of the packaging because it is clearly the wrong product.

Or, I have noticed many negative feedbacks from people stating they purchased a printer from the seller and received no ink with it... so the ink sent to me (the Photo Value Pack that comes with many HP printers because its cheap and contains less ink) was what came with a printer somewhere and could be another reason it does not come with packaging.

Long story short, I got the wrong ink. I emailed them via give5stars@gmail.com and received a response asking where to ship replacements. I gave my address and waited patiently. Two weeks went by and I had no confirmation from the seller that replacements were sent. Finally, I contacted again via Amazon and got a quick one line emailing stating "patience please" .... I then waited two more weeks. Nothing. So I finally left negative feedback and filed a claim with Amazon. This seller is a fraud and has junk products. Bad news. Very inconsiderate.
