InksOutlet.com; InksCartridge.com; Samwell Group, Inc.; Gilroy, California Thieves!! Ripoff!! Stole Money and Did NOT Send Product!! No Replies To Contact!! Gilroy California

I placed an order for ink cartridges on inksoutlet.com, which was one of the top returns when you do a search for printer ink. I placed the order, the order was received, and the payment was accepted...and that's IT!! The order confirmation stated that I should have received a shipment confirmation within 3 days, and if I didn't, to contact them. No shipment confirmation, so I contacted them. Nothing. No reply. Called the number on the web site, it doesn't work. Called the fax number which allows you the option of a voice message. No response. A reverse search for this number shows Samwell Group, Inc. as owning this number.

Both inksoutlet.com AND Samwell Group have previous postings here for stealiog money and not providing the product. Thank GOODNESS I didn't spend over $50, but someone has or will soon!! If the company is closed than the website should be closed!! They should NOT be taking orders and receiving payments for products they have no intention to deliver!!
