I placed an order with Rollabind on August 20, 2009 and have not received it.  My credit card was charged the same day. 

I began trying to contact them on September 3rd to get the status of my order because when I looked online my order said processing.  Everytime I call I get a recorded message on how important my call is to them and leave my name and order number so they can get back to me.  I've left multiple messages and no one has returned my calls.  I have also sent two emails, still with no response.

It's been a month now and the order still says processing and I cannot get a hold of anyone.
