SVT, Inc. Wholesale Office Products A very ripoff company Edgerton, Wisconsin

I received a phone call about 2 weeks or more from a salesperson called Kim who works for SVT, Inc. Wholesale Office Products who said that she had just talked with my boss about ordering office supplies.  I should have known right there and then that this phone call was a lie.  She told me that my boss had ok'd me to order supplies in bulk (which we never do) and so I only order a few items and I ended up with 4 boxes sent to me via UPS.  When I went to check out the boxes that I had received I noticed a company name on the UPS label that I have never heard of.  I checked out this company on the internet and found out what a ripoff company they were.  So I made 2 phones calls that day to a Michael O'Keefe who owns the company and left my name and phone number and if I didn't hear back from someone that I was going to report them to the authorities.  Within an hour to 2 hours I received a phone call and I told them that I did not order all this supplies from them and that my boss did not authorize this sale and that I would like for them to send me UPS labels so that I could send these 4 boxes back to them. 

I was very surprise that within a day or so I did receive the UPS labels to send back the boxes at their payment.  I also went onto the UPS site to make sure that they did receive the boxes back and they did.  If you need to get a hold of anyone from SVT, Inc. please call this number (573) 446-9111 and threaten them if you have to so that you can receive UPS labels to send back your boxes.  My total bill would of probably been over $30,000 dollars and I would of been fired from my job.  Listen carefully to the salesperson on the other end of the phone and ask them frankly if they work for SVT, Inc. Wholesale Office Products and if they say they are moving and have to get rid of all their supplies before they move.....tell them your sorry but are not interested in it and that you are going to report them to the authorities for sollicating sells over the phone when they are not suppose to be doing that.  Thanks God that I took the steps that I did and got all by boxes returned within 3 to 4 days.  Good luck and please be very careful.
