The people in the call center for United Business Solutions, LLC are completely nuts.

Several months ago they started calling, offering deals on printer cartridges. We took their information and let them know we'd call when we needed supplies. They continued to call and we repeated ourselves, thinking maybe they did not understand because they had pretty think accents.

I started ignoring the calls. The number changed and I picked it up. It was another solicitor from United Business Solutions. She was incredible - in a terrible way. I could not speak without talking over her. She refused to listen to anything I had to say that had the word "no" in it. We told her the same thing, over and over. I asked her to stop calling.

I blocked her calls but she got through on other numbers. One was local (206) for Seattle. I had to get angry with her to let her know she was bothering us and that she needed to stop calling. She had been calling 2-3 times a week!!

This last call, she finally stopped after arguing with me that she was only trying to let me know...blah, blah, blah. Like I hadn't heard that before. After I got mad, she agreed to stop calling.

Then I started getting calls from this number: 1-888-404-7870. I figured it was them. Lo and behold, I called it back last week and "yes", they said when I asked, "Is this United Business Solutions?" They're a service center.

Just between 9/16/09 and today, 9/29/09, I have had SEVEN calls from this number. I wasn't keeping track before then but you can imagine...

When I called it back the first time, this lady had the gall to cut in, explaining why they were calling: yes, deals again! She shut up after I told her it was harrassment when I'd asked them to quit calling and that I was reporting them to BBB. She assured me my number would be take off the list.

Since then I have continued to see that number appear on my incoming calls. I blocked it but it still shows up - just doesn't ring. I called again today. She said they have no records of my number on their call list but I told her apparently someone there does because this week I've been called two times already. She said she send out an e-mail and was wondering if I knew who the original lady was who had called. Like I'd know.

Buyer beware that these people will hunt you via phone like mad people and I hope no one ever buys from them...they don't deserve to be in business if this is their customer service.
