Although the US Government has passed laws prohibiting online casino gaming, there are still companies that offer their sites in the US. That being said, I believe that online gaming should be allowed, but it should be strictly governed. Online Vegas Casino, an affiliate of Golden Casino, is without question the WORST casino online today. The games DO NOT pay out, the payout percentages are non existent. The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and uncaring. Any mention of low payouts to the customer service department will result in the locking of your account.

The problem with outfits like this is that there is very little recourse, other than disputing any charges you made - based on the merchant being fraudulent, which is exactly the case with Online Vegas. Apparently the owner is in Canada, the call center ops centre is in Panama. It's a red tape nightmare to find any information to confront the right people.

I will be doing my own investigation on this owner, including an IP test to locate where these people are exactly to confront why they are ripping consumers off. Gaming is supposed to be fun, fair and balanced. Naturally, not everybody will win a jackpot right off the bat. But for a company to only take your money to watch their games take and not pay anything out is fraud. If you have had a similar experience with this casino, I urge you to contact your credit card company to dispute the charges on the basis of merchant fraud. If their games were fair, we wouldn't be having this issue right now. If you haven't played at this casino, I urge you not to waste your time. It is complete money pit fraud. I will follow up with my investigation. If any others have had any similar experience - even with other online casinos, please share your experience.

Lot's of luck getting your money from them.

They are licensed for gaming in Curacao and their server is in Netherlands Antilles.

They are well OUTSIDE of any U.S. jurisdiction. Such is the GAMBLE you take when gaming with any ON LINE casino. You have little to no recourse to obtain your money if they chose not to pay you.

Well i deposited 200 with them first time and won 2200, and now i sent them the informations they requested to payout, lets see

However, i have to say their software was fair, like real casino, because i won lots of hands.

today i received the payment from Online Vegas as they promised it will be in my account at this date, total 2000, their staff was very courteous alway replied immediately to my concerns.

I definitely reccomend this casino

Hi Wayne
I am very interested to hear how you are getting on.  I am still awaiting a payment of 2,000USD from this company and they are now ignoring my emails and putting the phone down on me.  THis has left me very angry and in a bad financial situation.  I am interested in sorting this out.  From the comments it appears that most US customers seem to be happy and receive their money - I am in UK!

I am currently contacting CIGA and all the sponsors, affiliates and promoters of onlinevegas.com to warn them.  I see this as theft and fraud.

Would be great to hear from you.
