Very disappointed with Avenir Technologies and Raja Imran Mazhar. Tired my best to support them, continously made payment promptly and even offered them a bonus (for redesigning my index page) despite receiving nothing from them and lost them in Pakistan.

Project was assigned to them through odesk after finding them through getafreelancer.com in December 2007. After reviewing their feedback and portfolio we have decided to work with them.

In a nutshell, it is currently already in October 2008. Project was supposed to be delivered by March 2008. Over $2.25k was paid upfront, timeline exceeded 300% and NOTHING was received. Received alot of "force majeure" reasons from politics to terrorist acts. Everyone from investors to stakeholders are thoroughly disappointed as so much resources wasted.

It has been more than a week and all attempts to request for a refund was responded with "silence". A costly lesson and painful one indeed. And i now have problems answering to my stakeholders.
