I recievd a letter in the mail on the 5/1/07 from ElGordo loteria Primitiva claiming that i was sweep stakes WINNER and only had until the 19th of january to claim my prize

so i called the so called foriegn service manager his name was or is Don Luis Miguel Martinez
this guy spoke with fast wording and an accent that was hard to understand

to claim the prize that i supposedly won
so i filled out the claims payment prossesing form to recieve payment by by chequeand faxed it off

next thing i knew they had told me to send them the amount of $1934 for ensurence on my cheque which sounded a bit off the mark
so i said how about if i got you's to place it in my bak account instead of sending it by cheque would i still have to send the money then and he said yes so that the money can be ensured when we send it to you

so i thought wait a minute this deffenetly does'nt sount right thats when i asked him whats your bank account details the he said I'll E-mail it to you but you have to send your straight away and his account details are
