This is my second email to try to contact themsince Tue. 5/6/09- 5/9/09, the NY em address is invalid. I tried your free product, then it found 1,000+ errors on my cp, so I was asked to up grade to correct the problems.
When I paid your program only found 68 errors, corrected all but 3-4 errors. When I ran it again, different errors that were perfect before showed up as errors. And error 3 out of 4 showed as perfect now. The program failed to perform as advertised. It was also inconsistent, and not credible. I was not satisfied, I tried to contact you. I removed your program, and immediately, and found a link for your refund form, I filled it out explaining all of the information. I had to do a system restore to get my computer back to it's pre-product use state.

I tried the support link, and it gave me a dead link. When I right clicked one of the four links provided by your company, it returned as undeliverable, and had a UK address. I just tried your website right now, and it is working now. http://www.freeregistryfix.com/live1.html

IMPORTANT: Your credit card billing will show a transaction from DRI*247LIVESUPPORTINC NY. in the amount of $29.95. It initially showed this on my bank statement, now it shows it was withdrawn by E S ESLR 402-325-4541-01 NE. I am once again asking for my refund, as I have taken all the steps outlined by you, including form. I do not have what I paid for. Companyt has multiple shadow companies listed for the address company provided.
