I received notification of winning an award from Global City Financial. I received a check for $ 3,950.00 and a claim number for a prize of $100,000.00. The check was to cover the tax amount of $2,750.00. I was to call Mr. Ray Owens, Tel: 1-905-589-1979 to begin the claims process.

This very similar to a scam run in 2008 by City Global Financial.
