I received a phone call just like the one from the bronx. The information was exact. The same representive, same names, everything. When Mrs. Mendoza would call my caller ID would say it was a cell phone not a business. Their "headquarters" in Grand Rapids, MI does not exist. They want you to Western Union money to an individual not a company. They said if I wanted my check to be sent Fed-Ex it would be from a Wells Fargo account. I called Wells Fargo's main headquarters and the have never heard nor have done business with Options Financial Lenders. I was thinking about sending the "insurance payment" because everything seemed so professional and I could use the money but I saw this woman's report and decided not to. BEWARE.
