It's a private site and the site owner gets to decide what gets posted and what doesn't. If you want to exercise your freedom of speech, you are free to start your own website and post whatever you want.

MY RESPONSE:
Bob the (bias) oil guy posts on his site "Unlike most private motor oil web sites, Bob Is The Oil Guy is not about selling you something. It's about educating you so you can make informed decisions about the life blood of your engine: motor oil"

BUT Instead of saying that he needs to say something like this "If someone posts something bad about an oil im not promoteing I will lock the post to make it look like you are not responding thus making people think it is true, While i am promoting my sponsors oil and Blackstone laboratories all day long!

He is misleading people into thinking that I am not responding to some idiots comments about bi-tron when If he would unlock the post i could prove the fallacy in the guys arguments. I could show Bi-tron is one of the best oil additives on the market today, Hands Down!

How would you like it if i did start a website, someone posted you was a bad person and i locked the post so you couldnt repond? Would you think that was fair?

I would have absolutely no problem with that. As I said, you are free to post whatever you like on your own website. That's how the Internet works. It's your website. This "freedom of speech" that you talk about means that are free to run your website as you see fit, without being forced to allow me to respond to a post. Don't be surprised if I started my own website, though :-)

BITOG.com is one of the MOST biased sites on the whole of the internet!!

They will ban you at the drop of a hat, and although they are NOT a democracy, and DO NOT have to follow the laws of 'free speech' (as some responders have suggested), they most certainly DO CLAIM TO BE "fair" in their dealings with their members.

Their moderators are NOT subject to the same rules as the rest of the members, and can get away with BLATANT personal attacks, which would get other members banned FOR LIFE!!!

Again, they CLAIM fairness, but are overtly biased in favor of foreign car nameplates (especially Japanese/Korean), and those that buy/own/support them, while whole-heartedly BASHING those who prefer domestic nameplated autos, and voice their opinions as such.

So much for their supposed 'fairness'. 

It appears that you and or Stony are simply representatives for this Bi-tron product, and not very convincing or subtle ones at that.  I've been a Bitog member for years, and your accusations are baseless and absurd. 

Next time, don't be such an obvious troll when you post on that site, and you might get better results. 

You SAID Im a representive of Bitron? Ha Ha....I said in the posts I hadnt even used the product and was leary of Multilevel Marketing!(they use a form of MLM which I know nothing about)
