QURESHI FOOD STORE BP COLCHESTER I WAS BILLED TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR ONE PURCHASE CORRECT AMOUNT $56.19 NOT $56.79 COLCHESTER, Connecticut

On Sept. 29, 2009 @15.22:04 while on vacation, I purchased a tank of gas for $56.19 after returning home and recieving my credit card statement, I found two (2) charges at the same station one for $56.19 ref.# 76011008j01vL2m2e and a second for $56.79 ref.#76011008j01vL2m1L.

My Credit card company contacted the BP station and they refused to credit the $56.79. I have a copy of the orginal $56.19. I have tried to contact them  also with no reponse.

It's not much, I know but whats right is right. This should be checked out for if this is a reoccurring event something is wrong.
