ADP TotalPay Card rude, refused to give me information , refused to give the company's name of owner or take my information to send me a report form, hung up on me, said I made a withdrawn and I did not Internet

I went to my bank to get my money from work and they said I didn't have any money in my account so I went home called ADP Totalpay card. They said I was down -21.87

I said how they said I had made two withdraws one for $389 on 12/04/09 and on 12/08/09 for $210.88 (now folks I don't make that much money at that job )I said I did not LIZ started telling me in a rude way that I was wrong and she give me a web address that she was looking at I went there and guess what it was the same screen I was looking at and it did not have that date or amount for that tranaction 12/08/09 like she was claiming! I still haven't gotten my money. LIZ was rude and I could hardly understand  her because she didn't speak very well and she was rude and and refused to help by giving her boss's name or the company's main office number. She said she was the only one there. Now for company as big as ADP Totalpay card that was a liar. LIZ kept liaring about the tranaction and was rude told she would not help with this matter and hung up on me nice boss if that'a what she really was she liar about that to. I could do a much better job! Customer service where there is none here. I am out $188.00 I work 2 jobs I never my pay. Then isn't a place  to contact management on line so here I am I can't find anyone to talk too?
