Adp Totalpay Card they said this was just an account for depositing my work check only nobody could debit any money out but only when i pay my bills but the let somebody take $90.00 out without my permission and told me i had to file an afferdavit but keep claiming they never got mine back and they will get back to me but never do and they are suppossed to be secure and i need all my mone back Internet

adp let someone debit $90.00 out of my account on11-02-07 and when i reported to them that no one had my permission the sent me an afferdavit to sighn and i did twice. they keep telling me they did not get it back and when i told them that was not true and that i have confermation they just keep putting me on hold and sometime the hang up on me. but my account is not one that company can debit out of unless i am paying a bill or somthing. i tried to get a loan and the loan place called the bank and they told them that that was not a checking account so how could they let some one debit money out of my account. and also they claim that it does not tell them who did it and all i want to know is how is that so . and i want my money put write back in my account and not the run around thank you.
