I've contacted netbank.com because I'm overseas and don't have my login information. Naturally, I had to guess my way in after I didn't receive any reply from them. I contacted them again twice to please reply to me and just help me through email. I don't have toll free access and I have to get my login information by email only. I still didn't receive any reply from them!
After numerous trials, they deactivated my account and told me to call a toll free number after I've written to them several times that I'm overseas and don't have toll free access.
They have been a problem since day one, and even in the UPS where I had to send my check, they were already working a conspiracy against me.
I joined this company because I didn't see any complaints about them on the internet and seemed like a reputable company, but I'm treated unfairly over and over again and they're actually creating problems where none exist, I can only conclude that there are employees there that cannot be trusted and working a conspiracy against me where they manipulate things where I'm always dragged to their level!
A week after I signed up (months ago), I asked to be switched from Supervalue to plain netvalue... I noticed that they still have me in Supervalue after they already confirmed that I've been switched to netvalue. I don't see that change on the net.
I've been struggling for years to get where I need to be, but there are always those who work against certain people in every company.
I don't know what to do at this point, but this war is real (a spiritual war), and --- is a site where everyone should look at!
All I'm asking is to get my login information so I can check my account. I feel helpless and I'm now suspicious of what's going on inside my account and why all of a sudden my login information was deleted from my yahoo account folder where I saved them.
I can't get a lawyer because I don't trust them knowing they will drag me into their pimping level and take whatever I have so I will always remain at their mercy!
I conclude that every companies have their own dishonest value destroyers who work agains value producers like myself!
Sorry, I'm not spending anymore or giving in to these pimps who have been conspiring against me and stealing everything I have since 1989 and have cause endless problems for me! I am now overseas but they have not left me alone!

Yes, netbank.com is a ripoff for value producer like me, but I'm not giving in. I WARNED them that I would expose their name on the internet, but they continue to insult my intelligence by telling me to call the toll free number from overseas... WHAT A SCAM!
