These guys are like the "used car salesmen" of online banking.  After 26 months, I finally had enough of their slimeball tactics and changed payment processors.  I had a 24 month agreement.

In Dec 08, I told them to close my account.  They told me there would be a $150 closing charge for early termination.  I told them I had the account more than 2 years and they told me I would still incur the charge because I added a service that automatically extended the contract.

In Dec 08 I told them to close my account and stop all deductions from my checking account.  

They charged me the $150 early termination fee and continue to automatically deduct from my checking account monthly service fees every month.  THE DEDUCTIONS NEVER STOP!

I have contacted there customer service more times that any sane person would ever want to admin.  At first they told me they were not deducting any fees from my checking account.  I told them my Redwood Merchant Service account number was listed right next to the deduction on my checking account statements. They then asked that I send them proof of this.

After being ignored for an extended amount of time, they finally told me they would have to have the situation investigated. 

It is now the end of August (8 month later) and they are still making monthly deductions from my checking account, 8 months after they told me they closed the account.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SLIMEBALLS!
