Thanks for your commentary - however I'd like to take a moment to state a couple of actual facts.

First, the workshop is 3 days, not 4 days.

Second, there is nothing else to purchase (in regards to the complete system) that is sold at the workshop.  Of course, there are always other opportunities presented at seminars - however they are ADDITIONAL opportunities.  This isn't exclusive to this workshop - all workshops provide continuing education opportunities.

The idea that "if you don't spend more money" you can't be successful is flat out not true.

The comment that Adam earns money as an affiliate with a "warehouse" is again 100% false.

In regards to a refund - there are 2 refund opportunities with this program and one is a 12 month DOUBLE YOUR MONEY BACK policy based on certain performance levels. 

The idea that we have a team working to clear the internet of negative issues is absurd.

It seems like this event and workshop being mentioned was many years ago before Adam had his own workshop program - as this person clearly states that Adam wasn't there. 

There was no fraudulent activity and there is no "intent" involved...everyone is going to have their own experience yet with thousands of successful people around the world we know this program works for those who actually work the program.

The odd part of this post is why is was created now when the person who wrote it states that "it has been many years" since they attended the "free seminar".  Why wait so long?  Why not contact our organization directly?  Why make false claims?  Why blatantly lie?

Everyone is certainly entitled to their opinion and we appreciate all feedback.  But this information simply isn't accurate.

...Ok, now I have my traning material & forms in front of me & I want to comment that staff is following all these reports that are posted on the internet & I have suspected they get them removed. Lets start that the place card given me was PRS1124042 my enrollment date was 11/10/06 to 11/12/06 the free seminar must have been 11/09/06 That was the day Adam Ginsberg was There at the Seminar in Aurora (I may have said Denver before). Class code was GIN06K10A3
In my memory I may have included the one day free seminar with the 3 day training class because once they got my $2,995 then class began the next day. Adam never showed his face. This was a very fast paced 3 days. The agreement was that I could get a refund in full at the 3 day point which was the end of the seminar.

At the end of the seminar they did not cover the area that I wanted to pursue which was "Adam Ginsberg's exclusive warehouse" items I could sell on ebay.
Examples given were super low prices then selling at a significant mark up.
I want to note that Adam was not running the show here, the cons he hired were. In order to learn more & have access to the "My Auction Generator" software then I had to pay the difference of the next package with a total of $4,995.
Although now that I look at the paperwork My Auction Generator is included in my first course but like I said, this was very fast paced & my head was spinning & I know the ones running it conned me & many others into purchasing the extra package when it was too late to get money back on the last package.

So I had to decide do I lose out or go all the way? Unemployed & using a credit card I decided lets make this work regardless of the cost so I went for it then continued the course and sure enough it was the end of the 2nd course they presented the My Auction Generator Software code to access but they said there was a problem with the access codes so give it a week or so before we go in which this pushed me beyond my ability to get any refunds. When I went in the software was online use only and was malfunctioning, I called the office & it took another couple of weeks to get it to function correctly.

Once I did then I discovered that my warehouse item buy price was exactly the sell price of the exact same item found on ebay. I had been had, how can I compete with zero profit potential, one of the reps or supervisors I forget his position told me to go ahead & mark them up and do multiple listings, he even told me exactly which items to sell as best sellers, I did as instructed, sold nothing & had to pay ebay some $45 in fees. I could not keep going in the hole, after about 3 months of messing with this I had to stop. I had no more money.

Now here is the real kicker. Do an online search for "My Auction Generator".

This does not belong to Adam Ginsberg, "My Auction Generator" is it's own entity. Adam created a software that rode on the back of this company as an affiliate.
I was so upset when I figured this out. I could have signed up directly to the My auction Generator without giving Adam $4,995 Total scam if I ever saw one.

As soon as I discovered the scam I presented my hardship, every effort to get a refund was met with a cold shoulder, no matter how many phone calls I made or insisted to talk to Adam, it got me nowhere, they had my money, they people giving the seminar ripped me off & the fact Adam is still in business tells me that he himself may not conduct a seminar in that manner but the people he hired did and if that is the case then they ripped me off and Adam... Yet there is the issue of the bogus over priced warehouse. This is my experience and I will talk about it the rest of my life. Why did I bring it up again here and now? Because I stumbled across his name here and I felt compelled to tell about it again

The last time I posted a scam report they said I was lying just like above. That's How they cover they're asses so I tell you what, I just created a website with copies of my paper work to show it is the Ginsberg people who are lying.

***4 YEARS AGO...(not current, by the way, but 4 years ago), a company was hired to sell AG products.  This article is all about how THAT company operated and not Adam's current organization.

We appreciate the fact that this person has stated the following:

"I want to note that Adam was not running the show here, the cons he hired were."

While we don't believe they were 'cons' - we do agree that the way they did business was not consistent with Adam's level of integrity nor the way HE does business.  It is for this reason (after learning of insights like this from students) that the relationship with this 3rd party was immediately terminated.

***FACT - Adam did NOT create this software...it was created by the 3rd party who used Adam's name in the short time the relationship was in place.***

We appreciate the fact that this person tried to receive a refund - but the issue is w/ the 3rd party organization.  Adam's company never took this persons money at any time.  In fact, the 3rd party organization never shared this revenue with his company either.  We understand why this person would be upset.

Yes, of course Adam is still in business.  He runs a very successful, highly ehthical company but can't be responsible for the actions of other businesses.  The decision to work with this 3rd party was a bad decision (heck we all make bad decisions) and once realized was immediately terminated.

No one is accusing anyone of lying - the fact is, the blame needs to put on the proper party at hand...

For the record, it is a criminal act to create a website with the intent  of harming another, regardless of the reason.  That is why there are laws.  As such, full legal council will be investigating the site in question as posted.

Again, we can understand the frustration of this person for something happened 4 years ago (at which time it would have made sense to really complain about it) but the truth is that this matter is not in any way a reflection of the successful business in place that Adam operates as a Global company.

 Let's get a few things clear.
Adam Ginsberg made a personal appearance at the free seminar, Adam endorsed it.
There is absolutely no way that this "3rd party" did not give a portion to Adam for a personal appearance and to use his name.

Secondly I provided a copy of a form that I signed which I posted on the website I created & I will upload it here as well. On the Adam Ginsberg form it promotes "My Auction Generator". The people I dealt with was your office, the people who would not budge on a refund for a defective system, you were responsible for the programs so don't lie & say you were not, I called your office & it was your staff that attempted to get this up and functioning for me.

Thirdly your comment about it being illegal to post a website for the purpose of harming someone is not the purpose of the website listed here in the above post. From square one I have a right to post my experience with a company like BBB or this entity to warn others of scrupulous business activities, I am the victim, not Adam Ginsberg, so let's get that straight for the record. The only purpose of the website was your initial response on this site in an attempt to cover up facts. I was content with my simplified version of what occurred to me in relation to Adam Ginsberg but you poured gasoline on the flames when you implied that I was not truthful.

I created the website for your eyes & anyone reading this post to show proof that I did sign up for the program & to show people the agreements & contracts. You continue to pour gasoline on the fire every time you try to justify the scrupulous activities associated with Adam Ginsberg. Over the years I had wondered how you keep Adam's name so squeaky clean on the internet as you now mention you will turn this over to legal council. First Adam milks me of my money for a defective program now you turn me over to Adam Ginsberg's legal council for talking about it and providing proof?

My intent is not to harm Adam Ginsberg. I accidentally ran across another post here about Adam and added my experience. I have full rights as a human being to do that. I may not have the rights as an American anymore in a society where clever enough lawyers can get O.J. Simpson off of a murder rap and I don't doubt Adam's lawyers could harass people who had bad experiences into shutting up and you uphold unjust actions of a Corporate conglomerate in a country where Corporations actually own & control the Presidential debates manipulating the entirety of the Presidency. You yourself should ask what kind of America do I live in? What kind of America will it be 50yrs from now when Corporations have complete and total control over America and the world, when the constitution is replaced with corporate policy, anybody who studies knows what I am talking about. This is my experience which was never made right and I talk to people about my life experiences, I will never stop talking about what has happened to me or what I have seen in my life. This is 100% real, it happened to me and there is only one man to be held accountable, Adam Ginsberg.

Prior to publishing the report I did search it and I did find the "My Auction Generator" website at www.myauctiongenerator.com and it was clear it was not an advertised Adam Ginsberg warehouse but the odd thing now on Jan 28th 2010 when I click on that same link it does not take me to "my auction generator" anymore but is now a redirect link to http://www.misspellgenerator.com which is an Adam Ginsberg product.
What a clever way in an attempt to discredit my previous statements.

The phone is disconnected and I can't find any other information. I emailed the address above to ask what happened to their company. Adam must have bought them out since I first signed up in 11/09/06. The sudden redirect link based upon my comments above indicates to me that Adam does now own that domain name.

In my experience I feel 100% I was deceived and undoubtedly was presented with an online software full of bugs and the huge price differences and profit potential mentioned in the slides did not exist, the warehouse items had zero profit potential, that was in 2006. Maybe, just maybe that has improved, maybe Adam quit being an affiliate and perhaps bought the company to cut out the middle man, so I wonder if now he really does own the warehouse and since he is still in business I wonder if a person can now actually buy at super low warehouse prices and realistically make a profit on ebay, so if anyone can give either positive or negative feedback pertaining to this I would like to know and please provide actual warehouse prices that I can somehow verify then check against ebay selling prices.
