OMG. What a horrible company! I was not surprised to find this company on Rip Off Reports! They have been sending me email spam for months! I have clicked the "unsubscribe" link, to no avail, and finally, out of desperation, I wrote to them. I asked them what it would take to get me off of their email list, as I have *never* done business with them, and never would.

They wrote back and said something was wrong with their "email removal link" and I should forward the spam back to "johngeorge@bradfordexchange (dot com)" I did that, and what did I get? More SPAM! In my humble opinion, if a company has to spam you, they are scammers. A reputable company will remove you from their mailing list if you ask them to. Obviously, the Bradford Exchange is not a reputable company. Thank goodness I have never sent them any money to be truly ripped off, but if a company needs to spam you to get your business, well... I'm just saying...

I will NEVER do business with them! How did they get my email address to begin with? I had an online stalker who signed me up for all kinds of crap! All of the companies involved very graciously removed my name from their lists... EXCEPT for the Bradford Exchange!

Dear concerned consumer,
Thank you for posting on Ripoff.  I work for Bradford Exchange and we certainly do not strive to harass people by sending them emails.  It does take a few months to unsubcribe to our marketing emails and I do apologize for that.  I will certainly notify our email team to remove yours as quickly as possible.  But, you will have to send your email address to me at customer_inquiry@bgeltd.com.  I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
