Back in April of 2008 I requested a DVD from Charles Ryder. After reviewing the DVD, I decided that I wasn't interested in the program. I began making phone calls to Charles Ryder to cancel my subscription, but no one ever answered the phone call.

Then month two came and I received another DVD and once again I made numerous phone calls and the phone was never answered. My bank account was charged $104.95. This continued on for numerous months and I tried to have the charges reversed with my bank and the only way possible was to cancel my debit card and have them reissue me another one which I did.

Finally, after many frustrating months and having been charged a total of $104.95 times six ($629.70) I am no longer receiving the DVD's from Charles Ryder. I feel as a consumer that I have been rip offed.

BEWARE OF CHARLES RYDER!!!!

Hello all,

I got an unispected phone call from Bill (from Charles Ryder marketing). He called to say that they are refunding me for the last 5 months that I didn't asked for. I am surprise that they contacted me and more surprise that he mentioned that they made changes in their system to avoid problems like this. I hope so....for the benefit of the doubt I only review the first DVD but realize that it was not for me so I can not sincerely say if the system trully works or not. I want to thank Bill for his call and RipoffReport for helping the little guy get notice.
