Where to start with this fraudulent e-bay seller masquerading as an LA-based stylist?!

Spent $US940 at her ebay store on labels such as Current Elliott, Romeo & Juliett, Staci Woo & Cynthia Vincent....received items yesterday and they were either worn/used, missing tags, stained with food/drink...and THREE items I'd paid for didn't arrive.

Contacted seller by phone (twice), and email (four times), and she has ignored all contact. I've had to lodge a dispute claim with Paypal to try and get my money back.

She lies claiming clothes are genuine and NWT, but the items I received were fakes with HANDWRITTEN tags on them?!? I even contacted Staci Woo and Cynthia Vincent head offices (by email), and had responses from both of them saying that they are aware of Michelle Wendell and refuse to sell to her, and that anything Michelle sells with their label, is most definitely a fake.

Ebay is letting us down by not closing her store. Just read all her negative feedback.......
