CricutOutlet.com Ordered merchandise on line; never received the product Willard Ohio

Ordered two Cricut cartridges (scrapbooking supplies) on-line on August 16, 2008 and paid with a credit card. Received one cartridge with an invoice in the package stating the other cartridge was on back order and would be shipped separately.

As of December 8, I have not received the cartridge. There is not a legitimate phone number for the company and I have sent three e-mails in regard to the status of the order and --- no surprise have received no response. When checking on-line, the cartridge is in-stock.

I have contacted my credit card company in an attempt to have the charges reversed.

This company is a scam and hopefully anyone contemplating ordering from them will think twice after reading this report.
