I ordered Phentermine from HRT AKA Pillsworld, Custom HRT DietPillsDirect, After talking with my doctor, I decided not to get the pills. My doctor refused the prescription. HRT received the refusal and sent a nonprescription dietary supplement to me. The ripoff is that they did not refund my money. However, they charged me the same price for the useless supplements. I emailed them and asked for a refund. Received a quick reply that I did received what I had ordered.

They did acknowledge that the prescription was refused by the doctor but they do not give refunds. They did not inform me about supplements instead of the prescription.

CustomHRT is and has never been associated with Pillsworld or Direct Pharmacy. We have never and will never bill a patient when we have not provided them their medication. We have never and will never supplement an order from what the patient has requested.
