Discerning Reader - Rob Schläpfer - Paul Klee ABUSIVE TREATMENT - FOUL LANGUAGE ripoff Medford Oregon

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS OUTFIT. THEY ARE A FRAUD!

After initially being impressed with the website, I chose to place an order. I should have examined their site more carefully, as there is NO WAY to contact them by phone. Every number that I searched for is disconnected, even the ones listed in the NIC database (www.networksolutions.com/whois).

There was no response to repeated forms I submitted from their website, so I dug to find out who was behind this farce of a company. I sent emails to Rob Schlapfer and Paul Klee, who apparently run the thing, only to get very abuseive, personal attacks back.

I wanted to cancel backordered items, like other customers. They responded by calling me "unchristian", a "jerk" and worse expletives.

My response now is to file complaints through legal channels, including the US Poastal Service for MAIL FRAUD.

PLEASE DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE USE OF "CHRISTIAN" IN THEIR ADVERTISING. THERE IS NOTHING "CHRISTLIKE" ABOUT THEIR BEHAVIOR.
