I purchased a package camera deal with many additional extras included. Two items were back ordered a lens and a flash attachment. The lens was shipped by UPS after one month but the deliver unfortunately was not successful because I was on vacation and it was returned to DSN. I called after a few weeks to tell them that I was still missing the lens and flash attachment. They sent the lens immediately never mentioning the flash. I waited awhile for it and called in October several times and was told that it was back ordered. In November I started to get irritated and kept a dairy of my phone calls and whom I talked to. On November 11th I talked to Avi who was a very nice representative and she told me they were having trouble filling these but it was coming next week.

The next week I called and she told me she was sorry but just to be patient. I waited through the holidays and then was sick for a while. I called on March 14th and asked for a manager. I got a hold of an extremely rude man named Danny who informed me that I had gotten my flash in august and that there was nothing to talk about. I was stunned. He told me I probably had it signed by someone else in my household and I didn't even know it was there. Well between my wife and me I am sure we have not held this close secret between us. I told him that I had talked to many of his representatives and they had all agreed that I was owed this flash. He said that he was sure they had not looked at my account but just spoke out that they would be in next week because they are always short these flashes. First how could he feel proud of his staff if they don't even respond to questions without even knowing details and secondly how could all of his team members been wrong for 8 months but that all of a sudden he was all knowing about my case and my needs? He then told me he would send me an email and hung up on me. Great !!!!

I called back and told him I had kept a dairy with names and times. He suddenly got somewhat less rude and said he would look into it and he would call me back.
The next day at 5:30 I decided I would call him. I talked to a representative before Danny got on the phone and she look ed at my account and said that the old flashes were crap and that the new ones they were offering were a$75 upgrade fee. I said I don’t want to pay an upgrade fee it should be free. Well Danny gets on the phone and says that I shouldn't talk to anyone else but him because they don't understand what is going on. My thought is that's right they don't know you are trying to screw me out of this flash. He told me that he had opened an investigation with UPS and to let them handle it. Great now after 8 months of me calling they decide it is UPS's fault and now I need to wait on this fiasco. Boy am I looking forward in my next purchase with this company.
