e-commerce exchange sold me an internet business. i have never had use of this business or "equipment" mentioned in the contract. so therefore i consider this "contract" to be void and without legal representation.

i could not log on, i constantly called and they would fix it. within a day and sometimes hours i couldn't log on again nor could my "customers".

i have gotten nothing out of them and therefore they should not have gotten nothing out of me. however i am legaly bound by a tight contract.

i sent e-commerce a cancelation notice by fax. they said they would stop the payments. they did not. they lied.
