My fiance and I recently ordered a Calla Lilly wedding guest book set. It comes with a the book and a pen set. We searched online and found it and it looked great on the website, so we decided to order it. Last night we received it and when we opened it, the pen holder was broken and the guest book weight like 3lbs and when we opened the cover, the front of the cover was falling off. Its as if they bought a cheap guest book and took a glue gun and glued a plaster cover on the book with Calla Lilies only on the center. We were extremely dissapointed with the product so we decided to contact the company to receive a refund. Due to the fact that the products came from the factory broken, I believe its only fair that they pay for shipping. When we tried to look for a phone number, we realized that there wasn't one, so we sent an email. They replied the same night stating the following: "We apologize for your inconvenience, both can easily be fixed with a bit of glue." Give me a break. When I order something new, I expect it to be ready to use. They also said that they don't pay for return shipping, which I find ridiculous, specially when they product was broken from the factory.

The products that the company makes are very cheap in quality and I recommend everyone to avoid making purchases from this company. Don't waste your time or your money with a company that doesn't stand behind the products that they sell.
