Fixmyphotos.com This online web site ignores customers complaints Internet

I submitted photos to be retouched to Fixmyphotos and my credit card got charged automatically. Each order has a completion date and I never got them on the dates promised. Every time I go to their website, their page is down and it's been almost a month now and their website is still "updating". I emailed them many many times and only got a reply once, explaining they have a "disruption" and their "HELP DESK" is affected. I also called them many times and left many messages on their voicemail but they never returned any of my calls although their greetings asked customers to leave their names, contact numbers and they'll promised to return the call. I feel helpless because every transaction is done online or via emails to their "support team". And it feels like they only reply whenever they feel replying to an inquery.
